Marc joined PRISM Health in 2016 as a recruitment and outreach coordinator for the Ele[men]t and Engage[men]t studies. Marc has been working for Emory Hope Clinic for the past 6 years on HIV vaccine trials doing recruitment, education, and outreach. He also conducted educational sessions for the community on HIV vaccine trials to explain the importance of community involvement. He has recruited for first phase HIV vaccine trials and for high risk MSM efficacy trials. Marc has also volunteered with Aid Alliance as a peer guide and facilitator for Thrive, and has volunteered with Child Kind, working with children who were infected or affected by HIV/AIDS and other complex medical problems. His experience and connections with the LGBTQ community are an asset to all PRISM projects.
