Dr. Yeung is a faculty member in the Department of Dermatology at the Emory University School of Medicine. He received his MD from New York University School of Medicine, pursued dermatoepidemiology research fellowship training at the University of Pennsylvania, and completed his dermatology residency and chief residency at Emory University. His research applies epidemiology and health services research methods to optimize prevention, screening, and treatment of skin diseases in sexual and gender minority populations, with particular interests in skin cancers and sexually transmitted diseases. He is currently the principal investigator of two ongoing studies to characterize skin cancer epidemiology among sexual minority populations and among older persons living with HIV.
